Note: This is my reflection on a specific excerpt from Bishop Allan Brown’s Sunday teaching. I am highlighting this part because it speaks directly to stewardship, obedience, disciplined assignment, and the Kingdom process of releasing before receiving. Here is the principle I am drawing out: Jesus never moved without sending something ahead of Him. First it was the twelve. Then it was the seventy. Same assignment, same authority, same mission—go ahead of Me, prepare the way, release what I have put in you.
Scripture barely records the seventy, yet their role was just as important. Luke chapters 9 and 10 reveal a Kingdom pattern: before the next level shows up, something from you has to go out first. This is where we are today. God stretches us through that same process. We cannot pray for increase, impact, or purpose and keep everything inside. We must release something—whether it is a word, a seed, a step, a disciplined action, or an act of obedience. Whatever He has placed in us must go ahead of us and make room for what is coming.
Jesus did not hold what He carried; He multiplied it by sending it out. That same pattern is now being taught to us, especially in our digital assignments, our ResellCircle structure, and our ongoing stewardship commitments. Growth requires release. Movement requires obedience. Kingdom elevation begins with what we send forward in faith.
