    RESELLCIRCLE TECH TUESDAY

Condensed Meeting Notes & Closing Prayer

    Date: Tuesday, October 20, 2026
    Host: Divine
    Guest Contributor: Coach Brown
    Community: ResellCircle
Focus: Affiliate marketing, lead generation, membership levels, digital products, AI education, and community growth

    1. Platform Growth and Priorities

ResellCircle was presented as an invite-only, profit-sharing community focused on digital marketing, affiliate marketing, content creation, and online entrepreneurship. Members were encouraged to use available resources, participate in training, promote one another’s products, and build sustainable income-producing skills.

    The central principle was:

    Learn and earn together.

Growth in registrations and affiliate opportunities should be matched by skill development, customer service, and business building rather than an exclusive focus on earnings.

    2. Lead Generation Training

A practical demonstration is expected on October 21 or 22, 2026. It will show members how to:

    1. Generate leads through an existing business.

    2. Capture, organize, and follow up with prospects.

    3. Convert qualified prospects into customers.

    4. Teach Platinum Plus members to repeat the process.

The goal is to provide a real business example rather than theory alone.

    3. Membership Levels

    • Guest: Free access to introductory resources, affiliate-marketing education, and eligible promotional opportunities.

    • Bronze: One-time access to link-management and affiliate-marketing tools for promoting other creators’ products and earning applicable commissions.

    • Platinum: Includes Bronze benefits and allows members to create and list original digital or physical products, subject to platform review and approval. Creators retain direct-sale proceeds after applicable fees and, according to the meeting explanation, share at least 30% with affiliates who promote their products.

    • Platinum Plus: Includes prior benefits plus opportunities to promote ResellCircle memberships, create and host video courses, and develop advanced digital-product businesses.

Caveat: Current fees, commission calculations, feature restrictions, licensing terms, and eligibility requirements must be verified through official ResellCircle documentation.

    4. Affiliate Attribution and Referral Protection

ResellCircle was described as using IP addresses, network data, device identifiers, and timestamps to investigate referral disputes. A previous affiliate-link interaction may determine referral credit even if a prospect later clicks another member’s link; however, registering through a member’s personal profile may override earlier attribution. Members should verify the referring member’s name before completing registration.

Referral disputes may be submitted for review. The tracking system was described as highly reliable but not infallible.

The platform may also provide information about followers, customers, subscribers, registrations, product interactions, and reading activity. Members should confirm the availability and accuracy of specific reporting features within the platform.

    5. First-Five Challenge and Leaderboard

The First-Five challenge requires qualifying registrations through a designated free e-book link. One participant reported nine of ten registrations, but only registrations tied to the specific promotional link count. Members should keep the link visible until the goal is complete.

Members were encouraged to read the books they promote, explain their value, and use genuine educational takeaways in their marketing.

Key lesson: Promote the product’s value, not merely the registration link.

The leaderboard contest is open across membership levels and focuses on successful referrals. Rewards are generally calculated during the third or fourth week and distributed through regular payment arrangements, although criteria may vary. Members should prioritize meaningful activity rather than manipulate engagement metrics.

    6. Digital Products and Delivery

A password-protected online word-search game with seven puzzles prompted discussion about secure, automated delivery. Options included purchase-confirmation emails, password delivery through Beacons, individualized credentials, more advanced access restrictions, and consulting Ashley Lyon.

ResellCircle does not currently offer the requested individualized password-delivery system as a standard feature. Any solution should balance security with a simple customer experience.

    7. PLR, Rebranding, and Licensing

The meeting distinguished between rebranding an individual product and rebranding the ResellCircle platform.

Private Label Rights may allow buyers to modify and resell eligible products under their own branding, depending on the license. Members may use their own brands while relying on ResellCircle for listings, transactions, and affiliate promotion.

The meeting did not establish that members can white-label or own the ResellCircle platform. Licensing permissions must be reviewed before modifying or reselling digital products.

    8. AI and Digital Marketing

AI applications discussed included content creation, digital books, educational materials, avatars, video production, automated workflows, product development, and online sales. Members were encouraged to use AI to solve real customer problems and create useful products, emphasizing practical knowledge, testing, and consistent application.

    AI Coffee & Conversation

    Host: Pancake Visuals
    Date: Saturday, October 24, 2026
    Time: 1:00–2:00 PM Eastern
    Location: Microsoft Teams
    Cost: Free
    Registration: https://aisignup-smart-coffee.lovable.app

The session will introduce AI, avatars, generators, models, and practical digital-creation tools. Registration will help Pancake tailor the training for beginners and experienced participants. Community leadership supported promoting the event.

    9. New-Member Orientation and Support

Pancake proposed a guided orientation using existing ResellCircle resources. Topics would include:

    1. Navigating the platform.

    2. Finding discussions and community activities.

    3. Locating Start Here resources and training videos.

    4. Completing initial checklist requirements.

    5. Understanding affiliate links and link management.

    6. Finding live sessions and additional help.

New members should be encouraged to upload a profile photo, follow members, make a first comment, watch Start Here videos, and locate their personal invite page. Welcoming members and providing accessible guidance are especially important as international membership grows.

A recurring two-hour school or help room was also proposed. Members could ask questions while a supporting leader remained available. Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays were unavailable for that contributor. Pancake and leadership will select the date and post the session in ResellCircle for pinning.

    Status: Date and time pending.

    10. One-to-Many Teaching

Members were encouraged to replace repeated one-on-one explanations with live sessions, workshops, demonstrations, and group discussions. This approach expands reach, reduces duplicated effort, and supports learning across experience levels.

    11. Community Products and Collaboration

Talia was scheduled to demonstrate her digital word-search games as an example of community-supported affiliate marketing.

    Other projects included:

    • Ms. Redwine: Spanish-language album booklet.

    • Esther and collaborators: Postcard and promotional materials.

    • Mark: Marketing, digital books, and product-creation support.

    • Friend of Jesus: Creative work and product-development assistance.

Members were encouraged to share progress, request help, and promote one another’s launches.

    12. Marketing and Business Development

    Key principles included:

    • Educate before selling: Provide useful information before presenting products or opportunities.

    • Match products to customer needs: Build around real problems rather than personal excitement alone.

    • Use existing resources creatively: A mobile car-detailing example illustrated using partnerships and available opportunities before investing heavily in equipment.

    • Start before everything is perfect: Test, learn, improve, and use customer feedback.

    • Focus on conversions: Views and followers can help, but inquiries and purchases are stronger business indicators.

A possible future benefit for foundational members was mentioned after a membership milestone is reached. The threshold, benefit, eligibility, and timeline remain unconfirmed until formally announced.

Members were also reminded to review Carrie D.’s blog about TikTok practices before using QR codes in promotional content.

    13. Closing Prayer

The following is a lightly edited transcription preserving the prayer’s message and devotional tone.

Father God, I thank You for everyone under the sound of my voice.

Thank You for allowing us to be part of a platform where we can grow, learn, and receive the blessing of earning. We have not put finances first; we have put skill, community, and the platform first. Through those priorities, You have continued to give back to us.

For those who have not yet received, give them the tools and patience to go through what they must go through to reach what You are holding for them. All of our gifts are here.

I thank You for Bishop. Cover Bishop, his family, his sons, and their businesses so he can continue sharing a word with us on Sundays at Kingdom Prosperity Fellowship. Thank You for the Hour of Power, where we are replenished with a word that carries us through the week.

Thank You for this platform and everyone in it. Cover us in this digital space, and let no hurt, harm, or danger come near us, our families, or our friends.

    Amen.

    15. Final Summary

Tech Tuesday reinforced that ResellCircle is intended to be more than an affiliate-link platform. It was presented as a community where beginners can develop digital-marketing skills, promote existing products, create original products, and eventually teach others.

    The meeting’s main priorities were:

Education. Community. Product Development. Sustainable Income Opportunities.

Members were encouraged to use existing resources, support new members, create products that solve real problems, and grow through shared promotion and teaching.

Pancake Visuals’ immediate priorities are to deliver the October 24 AI Coffee & Conversation session, develop a practical new-member orientation, and use those educational activities to build relationships with prospective customers.

These notes summarize the October 20, 2026, Tech Tuesday discussion and closing prayer. They do not independently verify platform policies, income claims, commission terms, or future announcements.
