Last night was so good. I’m still feeding off it. It was amazing, and these are just some of my notes from what I heard. There was so much—please check out Bishop Al’s video. It’s important that you listen and see it again and again.

    1. Core Focus – Educate yourself on how to work social media. YouTube, Facebook, and other platforms compete and overlap—learn how they work together. The goal is to grow a following through Shorts and Reels. Know where your “hungry fish” are—the people ready to engage and buy. Understand psychology: what makes people click, share, or convert. We evolve and cater to hungry fish looking for something easier and simpler. Not many people are looking for harder; give them an easy solution.

    2. Messaging Strategy – Use words on colored backgrounds with simple catchphrases. Translate your solution clearly—show how it makes life easier for your audience. Use emotional hooks that connect with who they are and what they desire. Marketing equals psychology plus messaging.

Key principles: Psychology still works; trends change, but human nature doesn’t. Be bold. Learn from every activity. Assess everything through data and research. Include spiritual aspects—authenticity, purpose, truth. Know your primary base or audience group. Find your hungry fish—identify their best result, skill, or need.

    3. The AIDA Formula – AIDA stands for Attention, Interest, Desire, and Action. Grab attention, build interest and desire, and use a clear call to action (CTA). Paint a picture, give a formula, and make it real. Practice how to hold people’s attention and analyze what works. Master human psychology within social media. Use 15-minute coaching or star-set sessions to refine content. Combine psychology, emotional tools, and creative storytelling. Sitting still does nothing—start small and keep moving.

    4. Growth Tips (YouTube) – Create strong thumbnails with no more than four words and one image. Curate playlists and consistent series for five months or more—YouTube rewards engagement and reciprocity.

    How to Present:
    1. Exclusive coaching
    2. Principles
    3. Scaling
Apply AIDA and hungry fish psychology to every post, video, or live session.

    5. Discipline #2 – Exclusive Drop (SCALE Model) –
    S: Stewardship (Scale)
    C: Covenant
    A: Activation
    L: Leverage
    E: Expansion
God is amazing—you have a mandate, and now you see how.

Stewardship – Joseph-Level Thinking: Know who you are in covenant with. Be clear about your limitations and boundaries. Submit to the process and stay committed to the entire journey. Understand who walks in covenant with you—both spiritually and strategically.
