LEADERSHIP UPDATE

• Divine will be taking a more active role in presenting and discussing ResellCircle topics.


• Bishop discussed “handing over the baton” regarding certain platform discussions and training.


• Divine’s focus is helping members understand the system and begin earning at their own pace.

COMPENSATION DISCUSSION

• Previous understanding was approximately $20 per subscriber.


• Updated discussion indicated members may initially receive approximately $10 per subscription.


• Commission percentages can increase as goals are completed.


• Bishop stated that members who complete all five goals may qualify for up to 60% commissions.


• At 60%, a $27 subscription would generate approximately $16.20 in commissions.

FIVE-GOAL SYSTEM

• Significant emphasis was placed on completing all five goals.


• Members were encouraged to stop delaying and complete each step in the system.


• Completing the goals unlocks additional earning potential and platform benefits.

FIFTH GOAL CLARIFICATION

• The fifth goal involves sharing the approved free resource link.


• The prospect must actually download the free book or resource.


• Simply clicking the link is not enough.


• Once the free item is downloaded, it counts toward goal completion requirements.


• The individual becomes part of the customer database and may receive future offers.

MARKETING STRATEGY DISCUSSED

• Focus on getting money links and free resource links in front of people.


• Encourage prospects to download the free resource.


• Use social media, comments, DMs, lives, and content to drive traffic.


• Consistency is more important than speed.


• Members should work at their own pace while steadily completing goals.

SUPPORT AND TRAINING

• Divine encouraged members to ask questions when unsure.


• Members should not remain on the sidelines confused.


• Assistance is available for those needing help completing goals or understanding the platform.

UPCOMING TRAINING CHANGES

• Future meetings will focus more on navigating and understanding the platform.


• Training will include practical examples using existing avatars and system tools.


• Less focus on presenter visibility and more focus on platform demonstrations.


• Goal is to help members understand how to use the resources available inside the system.

PLATINUM PLUS UPDATE

• The Platinum Plus meeting previously held after the Tuesday Tech Meeting is suspended indefinitely.


• It will only return if leadership determines there is a need.


• Further discussion will occur if changes are made in the future.

Now every member knows exactly what to do and that achieving the 5 goals(especially the 5th) is very important, also in relation to the percentage of the commissions.
