But here's the part that made me stop and think...
Not one purchase.
Not one.
And instead of getting frustrated and blaming the algorithm, the traffic, or the people who visited my page, I decided I needed to look at what was actually happening.
That's when Divine gave me a recommendation that made a whole lot of sense.
Have somebody take a real look at your Link Tree and tell you what's working, what's not, and what needs to change.
And honestly?
That's exactly what I needed.
Traffic Isn't the Same Thing as Sales
Here's something I'm learning in this digital business journey:
Getting people to your page is only half the battle.
You can make videos.
You can post every day.
You can go LIVE.
You can get views.
You can get profile visits.
You can get clicks.
But if people arrive at your page and don't know what to do next, all that traffic can disappear without producing a single sale.
That's where I believe I need to get better.
My 946 profile views told me something important:
People were looking.
The problem wasn't necessarily getting attention.
The problem was figuring out how to turn that attention into action.
So I Started Looking at My Link Tree Differently
I used to think of a Link Tree as a place to put all my links.
My products.
My offers.
My social media.
My resources.
My opportunities.
Basically, everything I wanted people to know about.
But maybe that's the problem.
People don't need more choices. They need direction.
When somebody lands on my page, I need to answer three questions quickly:
Who am I?
What can I help you with?
What's the next step I want you to take?
That's a completely different way of looking at a Link Tree.
It's not just a list of links.
It's part of my sales journey.
What Divine's Recommendation Made Me Realize
Divine has been successful using Resell Circle, and his recommendation wasn't complicated.
It was basically:
Stop assuming the page is working just because people are visiting it. Look at the page through the eyes of the person you're trying to help.
That's powerful.
Because when you're building your own business, you see your page differently.
You know what every button means.
You know what every product is.
You know what you're trying to accomplish.
But a brand-new visitor doesn't.
They have seconds to decide:
"Is this for me?"
And if the answer isn't obvious, they may leave.
No matter how good the products are.
No matter how much value is there.
No matter how many people visited before them.
My 946 Views Became a Lesson
I'm not embarrassed by the zero purchases.
I'm actually grateful for what those numbers showed me.
Because 946 views and zero purchases gave me a question I needed to answer:
How do I turn attention into action?
That's the question I'm working on now.
I'm looking at my Link Tree.
I'm looking at the order of my offers.
I'm looking at my messaging.
I'm looking at my calls to action.
I'm asking myself whether I'm making it easy for someone to understand what I offer and why they should take the next step.
And I'm learning that sometimes the answer isn't:
"I need more traffic."
Sometimes the answer is:
"I need to do a better job with the traffic I already have."
What I'm Changing
I'm going to start treating my Link Tree like a storefront.
When somebody walks into a store, you don't throw every product you own at them.
You guide them.
You show them what matters.
You help them find the right solution.
That's what I want my page to do.
I want my first few links to immediately communicate value.
I want my offers to make sense.
I want my calls to action to be clear.
And most importantly, I want somebody visiting my page to know exactly where to go next.
Resell Circle itself recommends paying attention to those first three links because they are among the most important pieces of your Link Tree.
And Here's the Bigger Lesson
If you're building a digital business and you're getting views but not sales, don't automatically assume you need to post more.
Don't automatically assume you need thousands of followers.
And don't automatically assume your product isn't good enough.
Look at the journey.
Where are people coming from?
What do they see when they arrive?
What are you asking them to do?
Is your message clear?
Is the offer easy to understand?
Is there one obvious next step?
Because your Link Tree can be more than a place where you park your links.
Resell Circle describes its built-in Link Tree as a tool for showcasing offers, tracking campaigns, and helping turn traffic into customers and members.
That's the part I'm going to start paying much more attention to.
I'm Not Starting Over. I'm Getting Smarter.
Those 946 views weren't wasted.
They gave me data.
They gave me something to analyze.
And they gave me a reason to improve.
946 people looked.
Now my job is to figure out how to make the next person who visits understand exactly what I have to offer—and exactly what they should do next.
That's the real work of building an online business.
Not just getting people to look.
Getting the right people to take the next step.
And that's what I'm working on now.
If you're building your digital business on Resell Circle and you're getting traffic but not seeing the results you want, maybe it's time to stop asking:
"How do I get more people to my page?"
And start asking:
"What happens when they get there?"
That's the question I'm asking myself.
And I'm about to find out what happens when I get that part right.
I love that you're digging into your Link Tree analytics and using the numbers to figure out what to adjust! This is exactly why having analytics on each individual link is so valuable—we can see what's getting attention, what's being clicked, and modify our Link Trees based on how people are actually interacting with them. And don't forget to look at your sign-ups too! A sign-up may not be a purchase yet, but it's still a conversion and someone you now have the opportunity to continue building a relationship with. Those 946 views are giving you a lot of information to work with. β€οΈ
